Refund policy
Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have elapsed since your purchase unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. For the festive season, we’re pleased to offer an extended returns policy to make gift-giving easier! Any purchases made between 1st November and Christmas Day can be returned until 31st January. This means you have extra time to ensure everything is just right.
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused with tags and in the same condition that you received it. If possible please return it in the original packaging.
Please return your item to: Their Nibs, Unit 18, West Telferton, Edinburgh, EH7 6UL. Please be sure to include a note of your order number and state that you are returning for a refund.
For hygiene reasons, swimwear is only eligible for return or exchange if the protective strip in the gusset is intact and has not been removed
Once your return is received and inspected we'll send you an email to notify you that we've received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will immediately be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

If you need to exchange an item please send your item to: Their Nibs, Unit 18, West Telferton, Edinburgh, EH7 6UL. Please be sure to include a note of your order number and description of the item you would like in exchange.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you will vary.

Late or missing refunds
If you've been notified that your refund has been approved but haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It can take up to 3 working days before your refund is credited to your account.

Gifts
If you return an item which was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped to you directly, you’ll receive a gift card for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received the gift card will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of the return.
Shipping
Return shipping is not included. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping items worth over £75 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
